Liberty Hotel Boston

Bike Like a Bostonian - Liberty Hotel Blog

If you’re staying at The Liberty, then you were born to ride. Check in, then roll out to explore the city and historic Beacon Hill like an active local. Here at The Liberty, our love for biking and exploring is the “wheel deal.” Cruise around Boston in style with our six Electra bicycles, which are complimentary for our guests’ use. Cross the footbridge and spend the day biking around the Charles River and along the three-mile leafy path along the Esplanade. Or, check out our beautiful Beacon Hill neighborhood; with its cobblestone streets, distinguished brick townhouses and stately squares, it’s easily Boston’s most enchanting area.

Along Charles Street, Beacon Hill’s charming main street, you’ll find boutiques, European-style cafés and antique stores. Bike to dinner, then take a leisurely ride after dessert along the gaslight-illuminated streets.

Or, visit Boston Common, the country’s oldest park, where you can wander freely across the green and along the paths. The park is dotted with must-see monuments such as the Boston Athenaeum. Jump off your bike to walk among the bright blooms at the 24-acre Boston Public Garden, one of the oldest botanical gardens in the country, or go from bike to boat when you experience the garden’s unique Swan Boat.
